Payment, Delivery & Product Policies

Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: A 30%–50% advance payment is required to confirm your order, depending on the product and customization requirements.
• Payment Method: We accept cash payments only.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before your furniture is delivered.
• Cheque Payments: If a cheque payment has been specially approved, delivery will be arranged only after the payment has been successfully cleared.

Product Information & Customization

Most of our furniture is made to order, giving you the flexibility to choose designs that suit your home and personal style.

• Made in Pakistan: Our furniture is manufactured locally by Obsession Outlet.
• Color & Size: Customers can select their preferred colors and dimensions based on their requirements.
• Product Durability: Our furniture is designed for long-lasting use with proper care and maintenance.
• After-Sales Service: We provide 1 year of after-sales service, subject to applicable service terms.
• Original Invoice: Please keep your original purchase invoice safe, as it is required at the time of delivery and for any after-sales service or warranty claim.

Production & Delivery Time

Since most of our furniture is made especially for each customer, the usual production time is approximately 30–40 days. However, the exact timeline may vary depending on the furniture design, materials, customization, and current production schedule. We recommend contacting our team before placing your order to confirm the estimated completion and delivery time. We always do our best to complete orders within the agreed timeframe. Occasionally, unexpected circumstances such as power outages, severe weather, labor shortages, strikes, or other disruptions may cause delays. If any such situation affects your order, our team will do its best to keep you informed.

Shipping & Delivery Charges

• Dispatch Location: All orders are dispatched from Karachi, Pakistan.
• Shipping & Labor: Transportation, loading, unloading, and related labor arrangements and expenses are the customer's responsibility.
• Delivery Charges: Shipping and labor costs vary depending on the delivery location, distance, and handling requirements.
• Delivery Coordination: Our team can guide you regarding shipping arrangements and estimated charges before dispatch.

Order Cancellation & Changes

Most of our furniture is custom-made, and production arrangements begin once your order is confirmed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once 24 hours have passed, orders cannot be cancelled, as materials may already have been arranged and production work may have started. If you would like to make changes to your furniture's size, color, fabric, or design, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be possible only if production has not reached a stage where modifications can no longer be made. We encourage you to discuss all your requirements with our team before confirming your order so that everything is made exactly the way you want it.
