The MTJ17 is a classic upholstered sofa distinguished by its striking blue and white striped fabric and elegantly shaped backrest. Its design brings together traditional furniture proportions and bold upholstery styling, creating a decorative focal point for living rooms, drawing rooms, and formal sitting areas.

The most recognizable feature is the continuous striped upholstery covering the backrest, arms, and seat. Alternating blue and white vertical lines create a rhythmic pattern that emphasizes the sofa’s shape and adds visual interest.

Unlike plain upholstered sofas, the MTJ17 uses its fabric pattern as the primary decorative element, allowing the furniture to stand out without elaborate carving or deep button tufting.

Curved Backrest and Traditional Rolled Armrests

The sofa features a gently arched backrest that rises toward the center and slopes gradually toward the arms.

This graceful outline creates a softer silhouette than conventional straight-back sofas.

The armrests feature a traditional rolled design with rounded upper edges and upholstered front panels. Their curved profile complements the backrest and gives the sofa a coordinated classic appearance.

The blue and white stripes follow the contours of these upholstered surfaces, highlighting the craftsmanship-inspired detailing of the design.

Smooth Upholstered Seat with Coordinated Stripes

The MTJ17 features a broad, smoothly upholstered seat with the same striped fabric used throughout the sofa.

The uninterrupted seat surface creates a clean appearance, allowing the fabric pattern to remain the main visual feature.

The striped upholstery extends vertically down the front of the seat, reinforcing the design’s coordinated appearance.

The supplied construction materials include:

• Structure Material: Kail Wood / Partal Wood

• Foam: Master Molty Foam

These materials are used in the specified sofa construction, while the upholstered surfaces define its finished appearance.

Decorative Nailhead Trim and Turned Wooden Legs

Small metallic nailhead accents provide an additional traditional detail along the sofa’s upholstered edges.

The trim is visible around the arm sections and along the lower front border, creating a neat decorative outline.

The sofa stands on dark wooden legs, with the front legs featuring a turned profile and metallic-looking tips.

These traditional leg details contrast with the bright striped fabric and complement the sofa’s classic character.

The raised base also creates visible space beneath the furniture, giving the upholstered structure a lighter appearance.

A Distinctive Sofa for Classic and Transitional Interiors

For customers exploring striped sofa designs in Pakistan, the MTJ17 offers an alternative to conventional solid-color upholstered furniture.

Its blue and white combination can complement interiors featuring white wall mouldings, wooden flooring, neutral curtains, and traditional decorative furniture.

The curved backrest and rolled arms make it suitable for classic drawing rooms, while the bold striped upholstery can also work in transitional interiors that combine traditional furniture shapes with contemporary colors.

Obsession Outlet offers this design as made-to-order furniture, allowing customers to discuss suitable upholstery fabrics, alternative colors, dimensions, and selected finishing details before production.
